PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Olde World StoneKote Sealer:   A one-part hydrophobic silicone (silane & siloxane) sealer that penetrates cementitious tiles, brick, block, stone and concrete. Olde World StoneKote Sealer seals out water, but allows water vapor to evaporate through (breathe). It helps protect and prolong the color and appearance of the substrate from oil, salt, sunlight, etc. It provides no sheen at all, (flat), so it does not effect the natural appearance of the stone. APPLICATION: Olde World StoneKote may be applied to dry or damp concrete surfaces. Protect any nearby vegetation and other surfaces made of glass, aluminum, or metal. Apply thoroughly with sprayer, roller, brush or sponge. If spraying, avoid overspray. Rolling and sponge application are recommended for best effect. COVERAGE: Approximately 200 square feet per gallon depending on porosity of substrate. PRECAUTIONS: Always test a small area for compatibility before proceeding. DO NOT use on a surface that has been previously sealed with a topical sealer. If white film forms, wash away with water. If it persists, scrub with brush and water. Protect product from freezing. Store above 40 degrees F. If frozen, stir until melted. Recommended shelf life is one year.  Available in quarts, gallons, and five-gallon containers.

Olde World MatteKote Sealer seals out and beads water. Interior or Exterior, non-yellowing formula dust-proofs, helps protect from the sun, and offers a clear satin sheen. It helps protect and prolong the color and appearance of the substrate from oil, salt, sunlight, etc. This easy to apply, water-based, environmentally friendly formula cleans up with water. Do not apply if rain is imminent. Top coating with Super-Sealer Wax is recommended on interior applications. APPLICATION: One two-application coat of Olde World MatteKote Sealer should be applied to tile or stone upon removal from mold, if it is to be used as an aid to curing. It may be applied to a damp or dry surface at temperatures about 50 degrees F. Apply with a sponge, “floating” the surface with the sealer. Apply in one direction, then within five minutes in the other direction. (North-South, then East-West). Saturate, but do not allow it to puddle on the surface. If the surface rejects the second coating, you waited too long to apply it. It will bead up at that point. DRYING TIME: 3 hours for foot traffic, 24 hours for automobile traffic. COVERAGE: Approximately 200-400 square feet per gallon depending on porosity of substrate. CLEANUP: Cleanup with water. PRECAUTIONS: Always test a small area for compatibility before proceeding. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:   GlazeKote Sealer:   A clear, non-yellowing, high solids, high gloss cure and seal compound designed to enhance the beauty of concrete surfaces.   It dries to a tough protective film providing a very durable surface, excellent adhesion to the substrate, and resists water penetration and attack from a variety of other chemicals.   GlazeKote gives a shiny “wet look” appearance to the treated surface.   FOR EXTERIOR USE ONLY.    APPLICATION :   Apply with brush, or a good quality, ¾” nap sheepskin or lambs wool roller.   Do not thin GlazeKote.   Spread uniformly to the surface, avoiding puddles or runs.   Protect freshly coated surface from dust, rain, condensation and traffic while drying.   Equipment and tools may be cleaned with an appropriate v.o.c.-compliant solvent immediately following use.   Apply GlazeKote to clean, sound surfaces.      CAUTIONS :   For industrial use only.   Do not apply GlazeKote over dusty, painted, frozen or hot surfaces, or if rain is expected within twenty-four hours.   GlazeKote is slippery when applied and during drying.   Keep all traffic off the treated surface until dry.   GlazeKote may change the appearance of the surface, deepening and enhancing the colors in the concrete.   When applied as an interior sealer, there should be no building occupancy prior to the removal of the vapors with a positive ventilation system.   People with medical conditions or that are pregnant should not be exposed to vapors or fumes.   GlazeKote is a Combustible Liquid.   Make sure that the application is static free.   Keep GlazeKote away from sparks and open flames.   Store away from heat.   Avoid ingestion, skin and eye contact and inhalation of the spray mist.   All food and drink products should be protected from the product application and vapors.    Use OSHA approved eye protection and air mask.    Keep away from children.   Read all technical information including label, MSDS and data sheets before use.   TECHNICAL DATA :   GlazeKote is a breather type sealer, containing a flexible and durable film that does not discolor or support mold growth.   The GlazeKote resin attains a pencil hardness rating of 6H and will exhibit superior resistance to gasoline and motor oil.   It contains less than 700 g/l (5.80 lbs,/gal.) volatile organic compounds.   Meets Architectural Coatings Section 183(e) Final Rule Limit for concrete cure and seal compounds.    

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:  Super Sealer Wax:   A water- based acrylic and wax co-polymer which forms a tough abrasion resistant, clear, non-yellowing, top coat polish to protect existing sealers and finishes on concrete, concrete tile, terra cotta, and stone.  This co-polymer offers excellent gloss and can be stripped with conventional wax polish removers.  Its toughness protects the existing finish and acts as a sacrificial coating for the hard sealed substrate.  Super Sealer Wax resists scuffs and mars while enhancing the gloss of the finish below.  It also increases slip resistance, and is designed to be applied on top of existing acrylic, polyurethane, and epoxy sealers.  It is used on newly sealed floors and restores shine to previously sealed concrete floors.  RECOMMENDED USES:  Super Sealer Wax polishes interior concrete tile and floors.  It enhances decorative systems including stained concrete floors on both newly sealed floors and to regain the luster to worn areas of previously sealed and polished floors.  Super Sealer Wax may be used in restaurants, stores, malls, office buildings, health care facilities, hotels, motels, etc… and of course, in homes.  May be “spot” applied to worn areas.  PREPARATION:  Floor should be clean and sealed.  APPLICATION:  To be used over a properly and completely sealed surface  as a finishing coat.  Apply with lambs wool applicator, sponge, mop or airless sprayer.  Two to three coats may be preferred.  Allow 30 – 60 minutes between coats to dry.  Though not necessary, buffing with high speed buffing machine will maximize luster of Super Sealer Wax.  Allow a minimum of 4 hours to cure and dry before foot traffic resumes.  COVERAGE:  1000 square foot per gallon per coat.  2–3 coats may be preferred.  CLEAN UP:  Clean up with water immediately after use.  Available in quarts, gallons, and five-gallon containers.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: MSP Mold Release Oil:   An “Odorless” and Voc Compliant. (Less than 450 g/l) It is a low odor mold release formula for use on Olde World Molds, metal, fiberglass, wood, and plastic. Will not degrade or warp plastic molds and forms.  DIRECTIONS:  Apply a light coat to molds with a hand sprayer from 8”-12” away. Wipe, leaving a light coating of oil.  Use a sponge or cotton cloth to wipe. Do not allow oil to puddle in the deeper mold areas. For best results, apply release oil just before pouring your molds.  Available in quarts, gallons, and five-gallon containers.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:  Olde World Stone & Tile, Cast Iron #253:   A neutral, biodegradable, liquid chemical additive and fortifier designed to prevent or reduce bleeding, segregation, shrinkage and cracking that occurs in concrete mixes.  Our #253 Cast Iron product contributes hygroscopic gelling action to the mix, which holds moisture and provides creaminess and uniformity to the batch materials, increasing compressive and shear strength. #253 intensifies color shades in mixes containing iron oxide colorants and eliminates surface streaking.  It is non-corrosive and non-flammable.  Application: Add 1 oz. of #253 to your mix water before adding the water to your 80 lb. bag of premix concrete.
